Day 41 - 30 May 28degC - nice day. Started off a bit wobbly when we couldn’t find our car in the parking building!!! Day 39- 28 May - 4hr drive Lexington to St Louis, Missouri - all easy Interstate driving, no problems. We all rate American roads, National Parks, breakfasts, the politeness of ordinary people, the good service of staff in restaurants and the general culture of honest hard-work. Day 40- 29 May - a “rest” day in St Louis. We’ve been running on fumes lately so its good to slow down and recharge the batteries.
