I liked your last journal entry, it sounds like it just keeps getting better the longer you stay. SAM: the thai cooking sounds amazing and I bet you were in heaven. You are definitly going to have to hold a dinner party when you get back home. JESS: the scuba diving sounds brilliant but I cant believe your hair went green hahaha that must be some kind of strong chlorine in Thailand! Hope you got some good pics of the green monster!
Its my day off today so been taking advantage of the pool etc with gwennan. Also went out on sat and oh guys it was so funny. Me and gwennan stumbled upon a foam party. It was like I was back in the 1990's. Hilarious! How was the moon party? So weird to think that whil I was dancing in foam you were dancing on the beach. Bet it was AWESOME!!!!!!!
Last day of training saturday so Im going out with work for the first time to celebrate. Everythings going really well - cannot wait to settle in properly there.
Anyway travelling buddies I hope your taking in every second and I cant wait to hear about what you have been up to.

You two must be having the time of your lives. The diving sounds wonderful, I'm with you all the way Jess. I would love to do something like that. I think that you will get hooked and from the sounds of it you have both fallen in love with KOH TAO-KOA PHANGAN. I hope that you don't fall too deeply and want to stay for ever.
Enjoy the moment, anchor the experience and then you can live the moment again and again whenever you like.

Sammy the cookery class sounded like a real one off. Can't believe how friendly the locals have been to you both. What a treat to be invited into her house and shown the traditional Thai cooking. Can't wait for a taster. Make sure you invite me when you cook that meal.

Jess, Jess. Oh my god...................................GREEN Hair. That would be my worst knightmare. Don't whatever you do think about bleaching it again, the whole lot will break off (listen to me, it's not as if I am a hairdresser). Just let the sun, sand and sea do its magic and you will be back to blonde in no time.

Well i have arrived back from Malia, Crete. Oh dear are hotel was awful and we watched a rat swing into the kitchen, it was disgusting! Also met some cute squaddies and you know me i behaved myself (yeah right).

Oh my God! I'm so so jealous of you both! Your journal entries are brilliant-I thought I was there with you whilst reading the latest one! I blimmin well wish I was! It sounds like you two are having an amazing time-I'm so happy for you. Can't wait to try out your cooking Sammy. We've almost booked our honeymoon tour of Canada-it sounds great, wait til you see the hotels (or should I say castles) we'll be staying in! In the process of arranging my hen weekend-we never did get together for a pre-hen hen night did we, we'll have to have an old mother hen night instead when you both get back! Work is a tad tense at the mo-we've all got to fill in 'information forms' stating where we'd like to work or relocate to, whether we'd consider alternative hours and even whether we've considered a different job! I think us young uns are taking the opportunity to maybe move on to new and better things! Anyway, enjoy the rest of Thailand-I will be watching for you under the moon! -x-

IT'S A BOY!!!!!!!

Baby Rhys was born at 3.45am this morning , 8 weeks premature, he weighed 4lb 2oz and was delivered crying so it's all good.

Mummy and baby are doing ok although it looks like there will be a hospital stay for a couple of weeks. I'll get photos as soon as I can.

I hope all is well with you two, I love reading the journal always brings a smile to my face!! Miss you both.

Mmmm celebrity gossip....well I guess you may have heard about Richard Hammond from Top Gear and Cheltenham - he had a nasty crash and nearly died but hes fine now, he was really lucky though. Kate Moss and Pete Roughbottom are officially back together...god knows why???!!! To be honest that is all I can think of but if anything else happens in the celebrity world I will let you know.
My training is going well - been getting above 98% in my training so thats good and am also getting used to the long hours.
Keep your journal entries up as I really enjoy reading them - they make me feel as if your not so far away at all! Don't put any really nice pictures on the web page though as it will make me feel very sad.
Hope you are both enjoying it and its everything you hoped it would be and more :-) x x x

Great journal entries.............really enjoying reading about your adventures. Jess, Jess, JESS hope that you are ok after the motorbike experience. It reminded me of when Lionel and I were in Lombok and I killed a chicken that flew right at my head when I was riding a moped.

The beach huts sounds really dreamy and exactly how I imagine. Carry on having fun and staying safe, will send a message again soon.

Hiya lucky girls! What I wouldn't give to be where you are at the moment. Still, will be in the Seychelles for a coupla weeks from friday 6th october, and not a heavy backpack in sight!!
Your photos are pretty amazing but I had to delete the one of sam in the bra/skimpy knickers combo, because it made me nauseous - with envy, jealousy and a heartfelt wish that all that lovely thai food makes you as fat as a pig!! No chance, I know. Anyway, enjoy your trip of a lifetime, and don't forget us slaves at CGH.
