Went via the Hoover Dam to Vegas, top security. had to get all the bags down and they were searched (hardly). had to hide all the dirty clothes before letting a ranger search through Ben (my backpack). Arrived in Vegas and just had enough time for karen, Sam and I to go and get a very large strawberry daquiri and take it back to our room to get ready for a big night on the town. We hired a limo (Foxy 10) for 2 hours. It was Jim's 20th birthday, what better way to celebrate?! The limo took us to the Vegas sign, the older part of Vegas and right down the strip. Had a good few cocktials before we got out of the Limo at the Stratosphere. It was shame we all split up and only Emi, Sam, me and Kar went to buy the tickets for the rides at the top of the tower. I must have had a few because sober I wouldn't have gone near it. It was called the Big Shot and it's the highest thrill ride in the world! Thankfully (or not) the queue was an hour long so that gave us time to sober up! I was petrified by the time it was our go as you can see from my face! Got a great view of the strip (or so the girls said). By the time we left the tower it was half one so the 24 hour hotel eating places had to be raided! A top night out in vegas but without one bet being placed! Poor show I know!
