Got a Greyhound bus down to LA, not as dodgy as I thought it would be. Stayed in Santa Monica and did lots of lazing on the beach and shopping. It was hot and touristy but really clean and a nice resort. Managed to fall asleep with my sun glasses on so has marks on my face, not a good look but luckily there was a Sophora shop there to sort me out. Got the bus into Hollywood for a couple of hours, not really much more to see. Walked down the boulevard and put our hands in all the imprints at Mann's chinese theatre.
