Oh what a joyous day... i'm hungover, my camera has a 'lens error', and i have to pack all my stuff together for the next 2 weeks. You see I'm leaving the hospital in pursuit of scuba diving, monkeys, dolphins, Nungwi (of course!), beaches etc. which promises to much more fun than standing on a ward round with twenty tanzanian medical students until every single person has examined every patient. Tiring...

Went to a club called Dharma Lounge last night which was muchos fun with Madonna, Rihanna, Akon, Sean Kingston playing endlessly. It's slightly different from Scotland in that if you want the club to stay open, it stays open... as long as you buys drinks or doritos (which are very tasty at 3 in the morning). We left at half 4 in the morning and unfortunately is the direct cause of my sore head and sick stomach today.

My scuba PADI Open Water course begins on Monday at Matemwe and Mnemba Island which I am so so excited about. It's a pity my camera isn't working as I'm sure there would have been some funny pictures of me suited up. I have to read this book before I go but it's proving to be tough going.

Still being hassled by the locals for medical attention which to be blatantly obvious I can't give them since I'm not competent whatsoever. Will it never end.

I've not exactly been regular with these little updates but I will try to keep going with them... Later x
