Our last night at Ao nang was sufficient for our tired needs we returned to the bar where I was drinking daquiris all day to listen to the cool vibes of an acoustical playing Thai.
The bar was packed ad with daquiris being buy one get one free we settled in for the evening.
The bar had a large screen and was showing the north London derby, spurs vs arsenal. For the evening I was a spurs fan only because the dude was a gooner beside me, he was disapointed as spurs beat them at home 3-2!!
After drinking numerous daquiris dani and I decided it was an early bight required for the three flights required to get us home.
We took the short walk home to our resort trying to dodge the numerous suit sellers and Thai chicks shouting massssaaaaaaarrrgeeeeeeeer!!
We woke up today feeling refreshed and headed down for breakfast and had the usual American breakfast with weak tea and extra strong coffee, the staff wasn't attentive today as it's the lead up to the kraffon festival, to them this is like Christmas celebrating the end of the rainy season, all the staff were making decorations to float down the river filling with bad spirits of the year just gone, and starting a fresh.
But it didn't bother us cause we do it at new year and Christmas too.
Our taxi arrived at 10 to take us to krabi airport for our flight to Bangkok, as it was air Asia we were hoping for the same comical air staff as our previous flight for the entertainment!! As it was they were grumpy and shouted at a girl for taking pictures!!!
Our flight landed safely but was quite rough, dani shat herself at every bump.
As I'm laying here writing my last blog in the best western hotel you can see we are in a larkman area of Bangkok. It's not bothering us because the hotel is spacious very friendly and has a restaurant.
Our flight out of Bangkok is early doors
Tomorrow(8:00) so food and an early night is on the cards...
