Nitro Circus

On our way down to Christchurch we were going to go on a whale tour in Kaikoura but the price was not in our range and the tours took 3 hours so it was not meant to be. Along the road down we did see six dusky dolphins frolicking in the sea so we didn't leave without seeing anything. Before we knew it we were back at Kiwi's and looking forward to seeing Nitro Circus. We met the three English girls who are Kiwi's new flat mates for three months and are working as physios at the hospital. They were really friendly and seemed to know as much about Nitro Circus as I did but were definitely up for a laugh. Kiwi arrived back from his family weekend and after a few beverages in the sun we headed off to watch the show. We didn't have seats near the girls but when we met them at half time we all had the same response, the show was awesome. We saw back flips, front flips of all sorts of equipment. The stunt men must have something missing in their brain to perform the crazy stuff that they did. It was such a fun afternoon and we continued the day by going for a few drinks and got some food from a pretty crappy Chinese take away where I learnt some mandarin and Kiwi offended the owner by guessing she was from Hong Kong!
