Coffs Harbour city centre is not along the waterfront like most coastal towns in Australia. However, it does have a few nice beaches and a great jetty leading towards an island you can walk along. To begin with James and I did some shopping in the town, looking around a local food market and salivating over the delicious food. We walked along the jetty and to the end of mutton bird island and took a dip in the sea. This killed two birds as we hasn't had a proper wash in three days and there was another small jetty going into the sea that the locals were jumping off. Surprise surprise James wanted to have a go. I was easily persuaded once I was in the water so we both had a go.
