We have arrived in Koh Lanta. The journey here wasn't too great but we eventually got here. We arrived at the hotel and it's owned by two lovely Australian guys who have a gorgeous dog. She started licking Toms legs and ankles then rolled over for belly rubs. It's low season here but the weather is nice today we got upgraded as there is hardly no one here so the room is so lovely and it comes with free breakfast so we are happy with that! We had a little basket waiting for us in the room with chocolate marshmallows inside! The first day we woke up we had breakfast sent to us outside on our balcony which was so cute. The little dog came over and literally sat on Tom. We spent the day at the beach which was beautiful we literally had the whole beach to ourselves and the sea was so pretty. The beach is surrounded by lots of palm trees. It's been raining for the past couple of days so there hasn't been much to do here but the hotel lends out DVD's which has been very handy as they have over 300! We have just come back from a really nice restaurant the first time we had dinner in a hammock in a really pretty setting. Tom managed to spill most of his drink down himself! We finally had a day of sun and spent the whole day at the beach. We basically had the whole beach to ourselves which was really nice even got to play our own music out loud. Tom taught me how to skim stones and I surprisingly did it but went to the left a bit much and nearly hit Tom oops! We went for lunch today as Tom really wanted stack of bacon pancakes with crispy bacon and maple syrup. He's wanted it all week so it was his last chance to try it. He was really excited it got in front of him looked delicious then he realised there was a big spider that had been cooked inside the pancake! Tom being tom just pulled it out and ate the whole lot. He left the spider on the plate and when the waitress came over she noticed it and said "that wasn't in your food was it" so he got the food for free wooo!!
