Koh Phangan Day 2 (11.06.2012). What a lovely day. Such a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong and Bangkok. We woke up in our lovely wooden bungalow and enjoyed a great breakfast at the resort. After a lazy morning on our terrace we headed for the beach. We are staying at Haad Salad beach at the moment. The sea is sooo warm.. warmer than I have my bath and completely clear.

In the afternoon we walked over to the next beach Mae Haad beach and the island Koh Ma which is accessible from Mae Haad. It was such a long walk in the heat! Koh Ma is said to be the best snorkeling spot of the island.. At last after carrying my snorkel for days I have been able to use it! We spent some time snorkeling on Koh Ma and also engaged in a spot of rock climbing before heading back to Haad Salad. There are so many sea slugs in the sea!!! Also some amazing fish.

In the evening we had a nice swim in the resort pool before taking a shower in our very own outdoor shower and heading for a lovely dinner. This is the life. Shame we have to leave tomorrow. I am not checking out till we have to that's for sure.
