Emu Park (18.08.2012): Ouch, 7am bus when you didn't go to bed till 4:30am. I managed to grab a piece of BBQed toast (yum) and hit the bus where we made the journey back to Emu Park without throwing up. We got in at 12pm then spent most of the day sleeping (we were supposed to go to a rodeo in the evening but missed it). We managed to drag ourselves to the beach for a bit then were fast on by 9pm! How appalling. We are just too old for drinking nowadays it seems...

Airlie Beach to Emu Park (16.08.2012): Today we set off at 8am for the long drive down the coast to Emu Park. This travelling lark is tiring. I don't remember the last lie in. We had a great driver but unfortunately it was just the two of us on the bus again. Nothing much to report re. the journey.
