We departed Muscat at 6:35 am headed for Doha, Qatar and then it was a quick connection to board our plane to Amman, Jordan. We arrived in Amman shortly after noon and headed to find our rental car. Day 17: Koh Samui: our first day on this island began with a thunderstorm; something we hadn't experienced in many months! The rain was intermittent all day but that didn't stop us from renting scooters and exploring the entire island (we rode the entire circumference).
