Hi gang,

I had a great few days camping with Ash from work. We were right on the river (check out the photos) and had a really chilled time. Our days consisted of waking up really early (bloody boiling in the tent!), walking to the nearest cafe and getting a cheap breakkie! We were regulars ;) By then we'd be so hot and just jump in the river and sunbathe all morning and afternoon! I did get badly burnt though and i'm still peeling two weeks on. Yes! I did put suncream on...just not often enough.

The day Ash left, we all went to Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo. It was AWESOME! I had the best time. Saw so many different animals, and it's good there...they seem happy and well kept and it's a huge place...don't see any cages or anything! They even take the wombats out for walks on leads! My favourites were kangaroos probably, because i've been desparate to see some up close and in the Zoo they're all hopping around in this massive field which you can walk through...and you can just lie down with them and feed them! They're SO soft, and I even saw some carrying their joeys around. The Tiger Show was pretty good too, they showed you the tigers playing and jumping in their massive pool and stuff! Anyway the past few days i've been preparing for leaving Noosa...as Olivia gets here next week. Next stop is the Gold Coast for 12 days, then Byron Bay for a couple of days, then on our way down to Sydney! So i've been finding accommodation in all these places, coaches etc and obviously...finding stuff to do and see there! It's quite exhausting really as it takes up the majority of my day so i'm looking forward to just chilling and not worrying about anything...hence me sorting it all out now!
