Apologies! Apologies! Yes, I am aware I have over a months worth to catch up on, so yeah..happy new year my English gang! Hope Christmas was not hot like it was here...weird.

I'm having to look back on my photographs (which i'll post soon) to remind me of what i've done over the past few weeks. To cut a huge paragraph short, i'll stick to the most important bits.

Welllll....I went to a Cowboy and Indian party dressed up as an indian (fancy dress is hard when you live out of a backpack)...it was real good. Held at a football club, drinks were free for a while until we all drank too much! Then we headed out to a local club (which, i'm sorry to say, i can barely remember. Free alcohol does not do well for me). I do remember someone spilling champagne in my eye, and that is what i'm blaming my drunkness on. I'm like that guy out of Kevin and Perry.

Oh! I also got taken to a rose farm a few weeks ago. Someone lived there. It was HUGE, like 100 acre land. I got a tour on a golf buggy (NOT RECOMMENDED IN A BIKINI)! They guy also gave me like 5 free bunches which was sweet of him. Me and Char went back there that evening for a swim!

I've also been to visit a waterfall which was nice, but would have been a lot nicer if there was actually some water falling. There was not due to no rain...still the rock where it should have been looked alright i guess! After that we drove into a little village nearby where i saw some of the least Christmassy decorations i have ever seen! So i got over that when we got home and put the Christmas tree up dancing to some old Bing Crosby favourites!

A week before Christmas, Charlotte had been house sitting so we all went there for a day/evening for a swim and stuff...weather wasn't great though but we had a good night. Bought a pizza. Drank some beer. You knowzzzz. I went round there on Christmas eve aswell for a swim, stupidly (for someone who is so into suncream and thinking people who get burnt are stupid), DIDN'T PUT ANY OF THE STUFF ON! "OH look i'm not getting burnt AT ALL!"...two hours later and it developes. I tell you what i'm glad it was Christmas the next day so no-one really saw me...i was RED. No...BEYOND RED...if that is possible. Painful and i have learnt my lesson.

Christmas Day was a laugh. We had a really nice day, some of Tampty and Mike's friends came over after we opened all our presents and we played some classic games which was fun. Played that name game where you stick a name of a celebrity to your head. I was Adolf Hitler, not sure he's classed as a celebrity really. Anyway, Christmas here was strange. It was fun and we had a great day but for the first time i really missed England. Don't worry though i soon got over that!!

On Boxing Day we went to a friends house who were having a party...we drank all day. Played MORE games. Ate MORE food. Brill.

Last week I was awoken at a filthy hour (5am) and we drove up to a place called Tin Can Bay where we watched a Dolphin come in for his breakfast, and watched it be fed which was sweet. Shame about the weather though, it was raining and grey (not cold though). Then we drove up to a little walk leading to the 'Sand Blow'. Basically like a mountain of sand, but better. It looked amazing and sand was all different colours (i'll put the photos up soon).

I spend New Year on the Gold Coast as Char has moved down there now...went to a house party and watched the fireworkds on the beach in surfers paradise. It was packed, made some friends like you do on New Year, found a trolley on the way back which somehow ended up in the house. Classic. Played singstar ALL night. It was quite funny and i think i scared some boys away with my rant about how i'm not going out because singstar was here. I love singstar. All in all had a good night, left not that late and spent a good hour on the phone to England (HI JED!) which was lovely. Next day we all had a fry up (yum), spent a while in the pool, walked into Surfers and had a look around but we were all dying to come back and have a curry! Definately the most different New Years Day i've ever had!

And since then not much has happened, apart from ofcourse GRANDMA AND GRANDAD ARRIVING! My G's. Very exciting. Should have a good few weeks with them :) Nice having a good catch up, it was quite emotional for everyone. Not so much me though, they probably didn't miss me quite as much seeing as i saw them two months ago....
