Went for a late swim last night before dinner about 8.30. Water was so warm still. When we arrived for dinner we caught up with Miles and Severine from Elwood, so we asked them to join us for a drink. We ended up at about 1am after a few more drinks and laughs. Dinner was very nice- BBQ red snapper and prawns.
This is our last day at Ko Tao. This morning we went for a snorkel. Lauri had trouble though as his mask was not fitting very well. So he gave up after a while. On the other hand I loved it this morning, I am so much better snorkeling than diving, whereas Lauri is a much better and calmer diver than me. I saw heaps of fish this morning, so much better than the diving trip. At one stage there were literally hundreds of large fish of all colors - yellows, greens, blues, orange, all around me. No turtles though.
We have now checked out of our room and waiting for the shuttle into town for the boat trip back, going on the 3.00. It should be a much calmer boat ride today.
