Another lazy, lazy day today. Just perfect. The housekeeper came in and cleaned the house while we just sat on the veranda and read- think I could get used to this!! Haha!!
She had just finished at 12.00- which was perfect timing for the footy, which was just about to start- Geelong vs Hawthorn. What a great match! So glad we stayed home for it, although I think Lauri thought otherwise!! It did rain during part of the match too so perfect excuse to not go anywhere. We won by just 2 points so was a thriller to the end. Just great.
We then went for a swim and then a long walk along the beach. Had a massage at the end of the beach, but it was pretty ordinary so won't return there.
Later went out for dinner just down the road at the Swiss Garden/Spicy Thai restaurant. Strange name but had been recommended on tripadvisor, and the food was great. Cost just 490 baht- $16 including 3 dishes between us and cocktail. Right on the beach too. Only a couple of minutes away on the bike. Well worth it.
