Snorkelling and picnic at Haad Khom! Today we rode back to Haad Khom to try the snorkelling there. We took the very steep steps down to the gorgeous beach. Was happy to refund some of our accommodation that we had already paid for, which we were not really expecting. Hello Koh Phangan!!! After a whole month at Viva we left yesterday morning for Koh Phangan. Kris took us to the pier for our ferry at about 10.30 am. We have had a wonderful time at Viva, it was so relaxing and exactly what we had planned. But time now to move on to the next place! Rain, rain! And then off shopping in Lamai! Yesterday was the worst day we have had here so far. Very, very windy and lots of rain. Not much of a day to do anything. Not cold of course but not a beach day either because of the wind, whipping up the sand into your face!! We said goodbye to Ron and Nicky today who left for Germany. They have been here for over 3 weeks. They come here twice a year, usually for a month each time. Will be back again next February...
