Well who would have thought that this tiny suburb of stuttgart could be so cool?!?
The kids slept in a car last night at the V8 Hotel in a cinema themed room (Martin and I slept on single beds in the corner!!) and we all loved it!
It turns out that the warehouse next door holds one of the most impressive collections of classic and modern cars ever - so Hugo and Martin were in heaven! Apparently a Ford GT40 is super cool and when Hugo was allowed to sit in a Maclaren his day/week/year was made!
We then went to a fab "play area" called Sensopolis. Well I say play area what I mean is German fun centre! Just brilliant and almost completely empty, despite it being Saturday and holidays! A really fun day all round!
Now at the station waiting to get the train to Munich then change for the overnight train to Milan, which means that the kids will have slept in a tree, a boat, a car and a train!?! Plenty for them to talk about when they go back to school!
