HI there, I wonder if you still check this? we are planning a very similar trip with our 3 children this summer. Inter railing from the Wirral touching on many of the same places as you and ending up for a booked extended family holiday in Greece. I wondered if you had any specific advice- thing you would definitely do again/ do differently? Many thanks Rachel

As much as we'd love to come to your BBQ (Hugo especially) I'm afraid that we are going to stay in this idyllic seaside town and eat fresh pasta and crispy focaccia finished with amazing ice cream! It's a hardship but I know you'll understand!

It's been the holiday of a lifetime. Really amazing - feels like we've been away for ages and I must confess I haven't thought about work once (Sorry Jude!). It's been so special sharing this with the kids and even though it sounded crazy at the time interrailing with kids IS possible (although I completely agree that this is not a holiday for prams and travel cots, Em)!!

We're in Florence tonight and then off to Camogli tomorrow for 5 days of chilling so after Florence I guess the blog will be much less interesting!

Looks absolutely incredible!!! So glad you all having such a fantastic time - what an experience! Can't say we'll manage it any time soon with a buggy and a travel cot on board but happy to be enjoying it through your eyes!!!!
