Howdy folks,

Well, we were on the road at 6:27 this morning with Harry at the wheel and me snoozing until 9:30 at which point he woke me up to go see a trout sanctuary in a local park. It used to be an ore mine but is now full of trout happily swimming together. We continued to our campground which was supposed to be in the south-east corner of Missouri, our GPS wouldn't pick it up, and it was only 3:00 in the afternoon, so we decided to continue on to Nashville. We crossed over to Kentucky for a couple of hours, stopping at a visitors' center that looked like an old plantation house, quite beautiful, and then entered Tennessee, arriving in Nashville at 7:00 p.m.

The photo I uploaded is upside down, I don't know how to change it so you'll have turn your computer upside down. We opted for a hotel instead of looking for a campground so late in the day, and we wanted to make sure that a shower would be available. After a lovely dinner at Ruby Tuesday's, we returned to our hotel room for a quiet evening. At this moment, we haven't killed each other or left the other on the side of the road before escaping, we are only 3 days in, so who knows what might happen. At the moment, it's -2 celcius, a little cooler than normal, but we'll take it. Today was a long day of driving, but we are here now for 3 days and nights before moving on, we have a couple of activities planned for the next couple of days, but you'll have to read our blog to find out what they are.
