Are you going our Hue!
So what can i tell you about Hue that you dont allready know?? Well there's a citadel, very big , pretty cool, unless it's peeing down and you're wearing flip-flops, then unless you're torvil and dean you might struggle! The citadel is intresting but takes an age to see and it starts to get a bit samey after the first two hours, except for the fish, very cool (video speaks a thousand words).
The one saving grace of Hue was matt and gemma, the couple from the bus, same hotel, same sence of humour. There are loads of tombs and pagodas to go see, being the culture vultures we are we have seen none, as one is the same as the next!(sorry??)
The one thing that supprised us most is that Hue is tourist central, the south side of the river is pester city with motortaxis, cyclos, postcard sellers, pimps and pushers(yeah so im making is sound worse than it is) all viaing for you're attention and money, wierd that Hanoi is less pushy, much bigger city but way more laid back.
So we spent a couple of days spending way to much money (lol) drinking beer and eatting food(not all of it western, promise) then were heading down to hoi an for a couple of days followed by BEACH TIME in nha trang.
