Although we were all tired, we managed to get in several of the "must see" sights of Rome including the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. Had dinner at an outdoor restaurant near the Pantheon. Now it's time to turn in early. It's been a very long day of planes, trains and walking on foot. The TomTom worked great for finding the most direct way back to our hotel, even on foot.

Arrived safely in Rome! Having a cold "Peroni" on the hotel rooftop terrace while we're waiting for our rooms to be ready. It's only 11:00 in the morning, but it's already 30 C and very humid.
