Today we took a very pleasant 1 hour train ride from the main train station in Rome to the port city of Civitavechia. There we boarded the Noordam, after a somewhat unorganized shuttle bus trip to the ship. Boarding process was relatively painless though. Had lunch on board, explored the ship, then dinner at 6:00. Met some interesting Americans from Florida after dinner. Jim and Shelley had a "plumbing issue"
