HAPPY CHRISTMAS!!

Its been a while but decided Id finally update my blog lol. Apologies to all who have been eagerly awaiting the next episode.. None Im sure!!

It does not feel like Christmas at all. In my head its July. Odd! Woke up this morning and mum rang me at 8.45... I was still half asleep so she will ring back later!! We headed down to St Kilda beach to meet Jo and Ed which was SURREAL. There were loads of people on the beach and alot of them were wearing santa hats!! Crazy.

We found the communal BBQ's and set up camp underneath a tree so we had the best of both, shade for the meat and beer, sun for us! Had to wait until the "Brits on Hol" cleared the BBQ and then we shared with a really nice asian guy while we BBQ'd our christmas dinner of burgers and sausages! Felt somewhat second rate when I looked across to the group beside us who had tomato and mozz salad, A WHOLE LOBSTER (not that I would eat it) and platters of sliced up turkey etc etc. They had definitely down that before....

After our delicious lunch we chilled out for a bit or tried to, whilst being hit by balls, frizbees and kites by the Brits on hol. I finally flipped and grabbed their ball and shouted at them to which the replied - Chill out its Christmas... We pointed out we were TRYING to chill out but it was hard when we were getting hit by stuff! So at that point we moved to the actually sand on the beach (as we had been on a grassy area) which was for the best in the end. I am slowly getting over my sand phobia!

We chilled out for a few hours and finally got home just after 7pm. Now we are watchign Ghost Busters and eating more munchies!! Thats all for now, Merry Christmas to all, have a lovely new year, chat to you later!
