hey all,

just finished work, so thought i'd spend the afternoon internet-ing and then sleeping when i get home. Did a 7hr mtb ride on Saturday, think we covered around 90km's, was a brillant ride and we had to wade through rivers, very exciting. Was hard going though due to the heat, even at 7:30pm when we finished the ride it was still hot, i did go for a swim in the lake staright afterwards, which was amazing. Sunday i helped out with one of the bike tours, so had a steady 3hrs, then in the afternmoon rode Dirtpark, so had fun DHing and doing some jumps. Pretty tired today, so looking forward to going home to bed.

Not much to report, all is good, having a brillant time still. Sunburnt but happy! I will get round to getting a phone card, so will be phoning home very soon.
