Wednesday 6th April

We got up (late!) checked out the hostel and grabbed some breakfast before getting our taxi to Talara airport. We flew back to Lima with no delays and got to our hostel for the night.

Thursday 7th April

Back to Lima airport to fly to Guayaquil, we arrived at lunchtime; it was roasting in Guayaquil! We got a taxi straight to our hostel (that had a travel agent too) in search of a Galapagos cruise! 

It was alot easier finding a cruise than we'd expected. The girl in the travel agent gave us many different options (less days but more luxurious boats or more days on lower class boats) we rounded it down to 2 boats but the first we chose was booked by the time we made our decision so we booked for 7 nights/8 days on the Amigo.

The afternoon was spent on a mission withdrawing money to pay for the cruise in cash as there was an 18% charge to pay by card!
