Today we got up (quite late!) and headed to the beach for the day!

En route to the beack we stopped off at the supermarket to buy our supplies to try keep our costs down! Joe bought a loaf of brown bread, some cheese slices, ham, crisps and peanuts! Oh and not forgetting the sachets of mayonnaise (they love mayonnaise over here - they put it on everything!)

So we walked down to the beach and decided to hire some sunbeds as that was the only way of getting any shade! (I think we really over paid the sunbed guys as he was quite chuffed with the $6000 about 8pound! we´d given him for 3 sunbeds and he then told us in English ´I will look after you!´

I had got quite sunburnt the day before so I laid on my sunbed under the umbrella all day with a towel over me! The boys braved the sea (the pacific) and said it was cold! It has a crazy current and the waves are quite big, mad when you see all the local kids playing away in it!

It was quite cloudy today but still very hot! So we left the beach about 4pm to come back and organise our plans for the next few days and to catch up with people back home! We just spent the evening chilling out and watched the film what happened in Vegas (making the most of the TV in the room!)
