Day 32 -Eat, Travel, Sleep
Woke and finished off all our food for breakfast before Nihal came to pick is up and take us to the bus station In Kandy. Our first proper travelling journey with no help from Nihal, so with our big bigs on our back we were left to fend for ourselves!
We didn't have to wait long for a bus to dambilla and luckily we all got a seat, it was About 2.5 hours, we had a window so it was quite breezy. In dambulla we changed to a bus to sigirya, and then our next challenge was finding a guesthouse. We had been recommended one which was like a tree house however we got there and there wAs only enough room for 4 with a bed set up on the balcony as well.. I think not!! Ended up at quite a cute place called 'Flower inn', we were all starving so went and had some lunch of vegetable rotti or pineapple rotti and a milkshake, it was at a family run shop with a nice seating area out the back overlooking sigyria rock, their dog had just had puppies so we enjoyed giving them lots of fuss!! We then collapsed in our rooms for a little siesta before getting up to eat again!
