A lazy Sunday morning with a full English breakfast was a nice way to start our last day in Sydney.
The sun was out again but the wind meant it did not feel as hot as the previous days. This did not deter us from heading to the surfing Mecca that is Bondi Beach.
Chris with lots to sort out suggested that I drive the car so Alan & I headed off to the beach. With the GPS on the go we didn't get lost and parked right on the beach.
We strolled to the headland taking a short cut over the rocks at the end of the beach. With the sea coming in this was quite good fun, especially having to make sure I didn't get my phone wet. We then did the costal walk to Marks park, strolling through the warm sea along the beach. Tourists were out in force, & the swimming pool just next to the sea was full. After completing the walk we headed to Bondi Pavilion for a snack. We made it home after a slight detour via Nigel's work when the sat nav fell off the dashboard.
After a full Sunday dinner we headed to the RSL (returning soldiers league) for a drink. The RSL puts the British Legion to shame. With five restaurants, four bars, a gambling floor, a betting shop, & function rooms there really isn't a reason to leave. We played a game of snooker then a few games of pool, before heading home to finish packing.
Despite being collected by a taxi at 3:45am, we were determined to stay up & watch the mighty toon finish their season off.

I can't remember. The again, I can't remember if I even bothered to notice it when we were there ..
