Here we are, at last on our first island...... Koh Tao and what an island. We got here after the worst 24 hours of travelling ever!!!! First we started from Bangkok at 4.30pm, got on a bus for 14 hours & arrived in some shanti town in the south of Thailand. We were then told that the boats were refusing to take us to Koh Tao as the sea\'s were too rough!!! Anyway, we had to wait two & half hours to then be taken on the \'Worlds Most Scariest Boat Trip Ever\', which lasted a NICE 7 hours. I kid you not, grown men were blubbering, everyone was throwing up (including me.... although I did last until the final 30 mins, Hannah is poking me now, oh yes, Hannah was NOT sick), it was not a pretty sight. The waves were recorded at around 6 meters & they told us after, that they were not meant to go out if the waves are 4 meters or higher!!! Anyway, we arrived. We stopped in this real nice hut on the beach, it was nice &l quite, but we could still walk into the centre of town & enjoy the night life. The next day we went to begin our 4 day open water scuba diving course, but unfortunately were told that we would be unable to do it because of Hannah\'s asthma. So we then decided to treat ourselves with the money we would have spent on the diving & spend it on some real nice accommodation over Christmas. Koh Tao is one of the best places we have been so far, nice & quite & away from the crowds. One more thing, before I go. Hannah is on the other computer so I can say this now. I think she fell in love with a greasy Arge!!! Yes an Argentinian called \'Diego\'. Apparently he was \"Soooooo cute\". Girls, can you please let me know what \"Soooooo cute\" means in women\'s terms, as I am getting a little paranoid...... Love you all, off to Koh Phangnan next, full moon parties here we come!!!!!
