So, it was goodbye luxury hello scumville!!! Yep we were back to backpacker land and 2 meals a day which neither of us were very happy about! Singapore felt a bit strange, coz the folks had gone home and we were just waiting to move to Australia! We also stayed in our first dorm accomodation. As Singapore was expensive we were forced to stay in a 6 bed dorm with 2 Canadians and 2 Swedes, but they were nice apart from the swedes had to sleep in one bed (they were a couple) but think they liked each other too much!!! We did get free brekkie and the owner was really helpful, so it was a good way to ease us back to normality!! We washed all out clothes which took a whole day and then went to the zoo and night safari which was really good yesterday. It was the best zoo we have been to and Dan even got attacked by a wild snake!!! We were sat having dinner and he felt something inbetween his foot and flipflop and when he looked down it was a green tree snake!!! I think I was more scared than him- but he just told me to write that!!! Now- off to Oz, we are more excited than 2 small children at xmas!!!!!
