Greg here! First of all, just to pre-warn you, this blog entry is going to interest only a select few i.e Daniel and Mitchell.

Yes, its true boys - Me and Lauren went to the UFC 110 Weigh-ins at the Acer Arena in Sydney. There we got to see all of the fighters on the UFC110 card plus: Rampage Jackson, Randy Couture and wife, Yoshihiro Yamasaki, Gray Maynard, Dana White, Bruce Buffer, Joe Rogan and the Octogon Girls.

It was a great day with Autograph signings, meet and greets etc...........

There is a photo of me and Royce Gracie at the beach. By pure fluke I was walking out of the hostel only to find Royce Gracie had just walked past me lol. So of course I stalked him to the beach where we had a chat about the current UFC fighters. He gave me advise about what to do when I get home and start training MMA. He said I have to focus on one aspect of Martial Arts and do MMA classes on the side and reccomended me to some good gyms he knows about around the local area back home etc.... ill explain more when I talk to you next.

Well, sorry for the quick short and sweet but its now 1:10pm in the afternoon and UFC110 is starting in 50mins, theres a beer and a big screen waiting for me in the local bar for this.
