YO! Thought I'd update the blog, seeing as it says we are in Fraser Island still. Faye- get something down from your travels, I can't wait to hear more about some other parts of OZ! And let us know where you are, you brave cat.
Same goes for you Laura, Mish and Nick. I'll put photos on, no worries, but I wanna hear from you too.
So, we have been back in Sydney for a week or so now. And to be honest, despite lack of funds and a degree of normality, loads has happened. Paul and Jane were kinda evicted from their old flat coz it was sold up on the sly, so by the time we returned from the East Coast, they had organised another one. By Saturday, we were all on the move.
Now, I've always been a bit of a hoarder, but compared to Jane, I'm Ghandi. We spent literally 48 hours sorting through their stuff, and by the time Saturday morning came around, we were just about ready for the move. They are only moving about 1km away, so the removal van and about 8 friends did the job in a few hours, but it was still pretty knackering. But the new flat is amazing, and I can now overlook the Opera House, the Bridge and the Harbour every night. Beautiful. Pictures to come soon.
We have spent a lot of time just chilling out again this week, and Paul and Jane have been especially busy at work. This gave Sharon and I the opportunity to watch some dvds and all that, and if you guys haven't seen it, go and watch Hot Fuzz asap. I nearly hurt my trousers laughing.
Sharon's Birthday yesterday, and we had a good day. Apart from the regular flowers and cake (yes Babs, she was catered for there), we went to a crazy-ass Japanese restaurant, where they prepare food at the table. Sharon got covered in fried eggs as the chef decided to throw them at her bowl, which I think is pretty normal at that place, but it was a laugh anyway.
We are off to Manly Beach today, and New Zealand on Sunday, for a few days.
Like I said before (to all the would-be child murderers who KEEP emailing me about pictures), more pics will be put on the blog when I get home on the 3rd. And if you wanna hear from Faye, Nick, Mike and Laura, then ASK THEM YOURSELVES! Like I have just done.
Peace out peeps, log on to www.sussex911truth.com for more fun.
TALK SOON, Matt X
