Ian & A-V On The Move
Whilst J stayed in for the washing machine man, we drove to La Roche-Bernard, a lovely 15th Century town in a commanding position at the mouth of La Vilaine river. There is an old bridge that was blown up by the Germans and an elegant modern one. It is a bustling yachting port with quite a few Brits. There was a market on and the village has a number of artists including wood turners and glass blowers so interesting to see them at work and their creations. We had ice creams and coffee on the front and a lovely walk then headed back.
In the afternoon we went to the tourist inf place for wifi and then to an art exhibition and shopping. Evening barbecue
