Day 39 Tuesday 2nd May - Flight only took just over 12 hours rather than the 14 I was expecting, so that was a pleasant surprise. Sat next to a really nice Aussie called Kym and chatted for most of the flight, so arrived at 4pm needing a decent nights sleep and some non plane food. Binned my reservation for the 16 person in a room hostel without toilet and checked myself into the 5* Hyatt overlooking the harbour. I think I'm going to like it here :o) FYI - I am now 12 hours ahead, going to hit the sack soon as up early for a city tour of Auckland.
