On Saturday 3rd March we had a nice lie in then spent the morning relaxing at Greg and Kim's catching up before we headed out to the City Centre. We had a nice walk around the Opera House area again then headed through the Botanic Gardens, seeing lots of large spiders and flying foxes. We then headed towards the main street for the Mardi Gras festival, we waited for a couple of minutes and then Kim checked her I-Phone and realised the parade didn't start for anot...

After leaving Terry and Cheryl's a bit later then hoped on the Thursday we headed on our way, thankfully with Sat Nav to guide us. We drove solidly for the rest of the day, just stopping to switch drivers and to pee. We had a bit of a scare when the petrol light came on a bit earlier then we had expected it to and we had to drive for another 90km's before the next town. We checked our phones which had no signal so spent the drive holding our breath, counting down...

We arrived in Sydney and found Greg and Kim's place with only one wrong turn, so not to bad. We found what we thought was the right place even though we couldn't see any building number and we rang the flat…..result Kim answered. We went in and had a nice relaxing evening catching up and eating a delicious stir fry, with second helpings mmmmmm, thanks for all the seconds Kim.
