Wednesday and our last full day in London and the sun is out just.
We start our morning with a coffee as we plan our day. Back on the hop on hop off bus, we head towards The Tower of London in reach for the Crown Jewels.
We tag onto a tour (beefeater) an ex English soldier with a huge amount of knowledge as he takes us through the Tower provide a lot of information about this place. We then join the queue to view the Crown Jewels which are held in the biggest vault I have ever seen the history of these jewels is amazing and they are truly magnificent.

Once we leave the tower we head to the Thames to do a river cruise which takes us pass more iconic buildings and land marks. We get off at the London Eye and walk up to Big Ben and take photos with a few hundred others.

Hop back on the bus as we head towards Hyde Park to take a stroll though the gardens and visit the Princess Diana memorial.

Time gets away and it is already 5pm so we head back in reach for the bus to take us back to Kings Cross.
On the bus we go pass Buckingham Palace, 10 Downing St, Soho, Piccadilly Circus and a few other icons.

Once arrived back we have dinner at O'Neill's Irish pub and a pint of Guinness before we head back to our hotel to pack.

Tomorrow we start the long journey back to Brisbane.
We will take the euro train to Paris and then to the airport for flights home.

It's been a truly wonderful experience for the both of us as well as having a fantastic time. Now time for home. Farewell and thanks to our Scottish family and their partners (Brian survived the "McNultys" again WOW ! ha ha) along with our friends from Worcester, Martin and Justin.
