Another day with the van in Carretera de Austral.
The view keeps on amazing me. No matter where we are - whenever we look out the window we see a spectacular view along the road. I hope those Chileans appreciate what they have!
Today we have a special treat - we´re going horseback riding! 3 hours on the back of a strong horse riding between rivers and on grasslands. My horse was magnificent (according to others, not just me). He was all brown, had a white patch on his nose and a long black hair. We rode together, sometimes running (which was a bit scary). The day was once again perfect (So much better than in El Chalten) and we all ended up with a soar ass... Riding a horse is not as easy at it may seem!

After the ride we had some Asado, which was a bit disappointing as it wasn´t grilled but cooked. It was more like a stew, and not a very good one :( but we were so hungry that it didn´t matter much anyway.


Tomorrow - the enchanted forest and the hanging glacier!
