We arrived and were greeted at the bus terminal by our hostel mini bus. I was too late at the time of booking to get one hostel that could accommodate us for the three nights we were planning on staying in Noosa. Therefore I had to book one night at Dolphins (I am glad we only had one night there) and the following two nights in Flashpackers (one of the cleanest hostels I have stayed in to date).
We checked out early and moved base in the morning as we had a fun filled afternoon planned. Bobbi's family friends owned Kayak Noosa so we were able to give Paddle boarding and Kayaking a go. After a quick tutorial in paddle boarding / stand up paddle we were in the water and it wasn't too long before Bobbi and I both lost our balance and toppled into the water. Shame we missed it on the go pro!
After a fun couple of hours we had worked up an appetite and decided to visit the RLS surf lifesaving club which Sophie's mum recommended for some delicious reasonably priced food.
On our second full day in Noosa the heavens opened in the morning which delayed our costal walk from Sunshine beach to Noosa main beach at Hastings street. It was tiring work at times but the view were spectacular and the sun made an appearance as we were reaching the end. The costal walk took us 2.5 hours and meant I had smashed my daily step count!
Day three we relaxed before heading for the bus to Fraser Island.
