The afternoon spent back at bamboo meant we had time to do all of our washing to rid my clothes of any bed bugs!

Bobbi and I enjoyed dinner on the beach before getting an early night.

The following morning as I was getting ready and packing my bag I noticed that my walking boots were missing. I panicked and dashed to reception as I had a feeling I left them in the taxi yesterday afternoon.

With no luck at reception, I noticed there was a taxi from the same company on the road and asked the kind man if he could help locate my boots. It turned out that the driver had a day off and the boots were the other side of the city at his house. I then paid the man all the Fijian money I had left to go with him to collect them. I was so amazed the boots were retrieved and the driver could see that he had made my day, I couldn't thank him enough.

I arrived back at the hostel to find Bobbi as I had left in a hurry and I explained what had happened. I then could enjoy a celebratory breakfast!
