Bobbi and I made it to San Diego, our last stop on the west coast of America. We had 6 nights in the Gaslamp Quarter in USA Hostels. We arrived at 4pm and checked into our room, luckily the two free beds were on the bottom bunks (I am counting down the nights left staying in a bunk bed!)

The hostel was great and puts on lots of free activities for its guests. Today was Taco Tuesday which meant that those who wanted to join and head to a local Mexican restaurant for $2 tacos met in reception at 6.30pm. There were 14 of us in total, this was a great way to meet others from the hostel even if the party was mainly hostel volunteers.
