A lot has happened since we last inserted a log in Yeppoon. We visited my sister and her family in Mackay and enjoyed hospitality and stayed in the park overnight. Met up with our friends Denis and Fay from Pittsworth in Proserpine. On arrival in Townsville settled in and met up with more friends on a very nice yacht.

Yesterday caught up an old school mate Vince Swift in Rockhampton had a great day and covered many of our good old days! Jan and myself rose at about 8 had our breakfast and then rode our bikes down to Ross Creek where I used to fish. None here now! Just before lunch we drove up to the Byfield Forrest. Brought back memories of my CMF days at Shoalwater Bay. Light lunch and returned home.

Completed a beach walk after breakfast this morning. Played mixed pair bowls this afternoon and had a win over two Kiwis. (The shells on the sand were so small, I didn't have a 5c so used my ring to show their size.)

Had a good run until just outside Rocky, where there was some roadworks. Enjoyed happy hour in the sun which was wonderful.

Finally we set off on Monday 3rd June 2013. We arrived at Theodore about 5. Geoff was off to the local for the footy while I finished my book.
