Hi Guys - Just to get your popularity up I thought I'd drop you a line!!! It will literally be a line as still nothing is happening at this end - Due day came and went yesterday and I am soooo bored of waiting, plus I've got a cold crate of Corona in the fridge with my name on it and it's calling me, so this baby had better come soon!
Hope all is well with you two and you are looking forward to China - Make sure you update asap - I missing my fix!
Take care - love The Askew's xxx

Matthew, Gemma thanks for the message, I was beginning to think you'd arrived in Barnsley ! Two jokes there a) lack of internet access and b) Lack of interesting things to tell us.
Anyway, 5 months you've been away now so i've done some 'popularity' analysis which is based on the number of messages posted per month:-
November 07 = 45
December 07 = 23
January 08 = 23
February 08 = 10
March 08 = 10
April 08 (up to 9th) = 1
Scale: over 30 a month = popular, between 20 and 30 a month = will look at BBC Sport and 'other' webistes before 'off exploring', between 10 and 20 a month = 'Oh yeah, they've got a blog haven't they ?, below 10 = Matthew who ?

Hi Everyone,
Hope you are all ok, this message is just to aplogise for the lack of updates over the past 4 weeks and to let everyone know that we are both ok and we are still having a great time. The internet was in short supply in Vietnam and Cambodia and too expensive in Thailand and Hong Kong. We will update you with all our news as soon as possible.
We head to China for 3 weeks on Friday.
Love us
Adam & Sarah

Hi Guys - Vietnam sounds very interesting although I find it sad to read all of the history there - I don't know how you retain all of the information, if it was me it would be in one ear and out of the other!
I've been on Maternity for 2 weeks now and loving it and not missing work at all as I thought I would. Today is Wednesday which is a good day for me as Lauren is still going to Nursery so it free's the whole day up for me to have to myself to do jobs or just relax without interuptions - There is more of the latter going on at the moment though with just 3 weeks to due date! (Sat here now with feet up as I type!) I deserve it though as I'm struggling with walking and pain in my hips now with all the extra weight - God I sound old!!!
We've just bought a new caravan and Tony bought another new car - surprise surprise! Were hoping to get away on a few adventures of our own this year although don't think we'll get quite as far as vietnam!!
Take care - lots of love from The Askew's xxx

Hello you two. This is second attempt to write this. So if you find another unfinished one somewhere just ignore. it literally disappeared into the ether! Anyway it's good to know you are both ok. Gemma take care of that cold. I have been really poorly this week. Dad's germs got me and instead of stopping when i should have done I kept working hoping it would go away. Big mistake. Made me even worse. So now I've had to cancel everything until after the hols. The drugs are working though but I feel really washed out. gramps is also alot better and i feel ok about leaving him now. We have added another member to his harem - Sharon lives in the village and can pop up in a couple of minutes. So now he can have cups of tea on tap as well. The three carers work really well together coordinated by the ever faithful Gail of course and he couldn't have better attention anywhere. We are continuing to have very strange weather. As I write storms are on the way for tomorrow. Yesterday the whole of the South coast was hit. Ferries were cancelled - oh no!! Hopefully this is only temporary. I see the beard is back - still not keen on it, we will send razor blades if they are really in such short supply where you are. Your books arrived yesterday - like old friends they are - I had a bit of a pang when I opened them. Anyway we are keeping them safe for you. I guess more will follow as the countries are ticked off. That's all for now - continue to stay safe. We are deeply impressed at the way you both continue to embrace every challenge you encounter on your travels and also the way you look after each other. We are sending our best love with this message xxxxx
