Hi guys, Wonderful photos! Each lot you send we think are the best and then you send more that are even better. These really capture what I have always imagined Oz would be like. You look really wel - think you might have lost weight, probably all the exercise you are getting. We are also impressed at the miles you are covering. Gives you a sense of the size of the place. We had a parcel from Vietnam this week. Thanks for the postcards too. Gail and co were really chuffed. Gramps has his on the mantelpiece and does know who they are from when I ask. He is still battling but it's hard for him - everything seems to be against him at the moment. Gail is doing a wonderful job - he's comfy and well looked after and that's what matters. We are ok - not going to Europe this time - I'm off from next week. Hoping to get off but in this country. Bloody fuel is going up all the time , euro rubbish exchange so perhaps it's a good decision not to go as far. But we do need some sun - desperately. I'll write some more later. Take care. Much love xxxx

Hi guys
All looks amazing. I can't believe you've been gone this long? I actually turned up to the drnking session that me and Kate arranged in your absence and we had a fab time. We did raise a glass to you Gemma! News from my end is that i'm now a single lady, house up for sale etc etc, i wont lie and say it's been a fun time but we all know Chris is an arse!!!! I am looking forward to having my own little pad to share with Mad's. Going to edinburgh on thurs for a hen do not quite as exciting as your travels but i can also bragg that i made it to Cornwall in April( yes it did snow!!) Well apologies for not blogging more often wish i was there loads of love Sarah xx
Mum And Dad
Hi you two. I'm at work (on a Saturday!) and it's gloomy and wet outside (typical British June day then) Amanda (my friend at work) and I are having our lunch and looking at your photos. Amanda has been to Oz and she is now away with her memories. She sya to tell you thank you. It doesn't matter how many times I see them, I still love them and think you are the luckiest people alive to be able to 'live the dream'. Never forget it! Life here is pretty dull. Work and more work. Holidays are round the corner BUT although we have booked a crossing, it's possible we won't get as far as we usually do. Gramps isn't well so I am a bit anxious about going anywhere distant. We are still hoping we will go - don't tell Dad though, I've told him we will just have to go to Scarborough! Odd thing is, he's quite happy about it! So he must be desperate for a break. David and Carol are coming up next week and Simon has been over as he is still in Liverpool. (or was last week) Look after yourselves, enjoy every moment. With love xxxxx

BONZA!!! - sorry just had to.
Just caught up with your new photos and blogs, looks like you're having an amazing time. On the basis of your photos i've decided i want to go to Australia, like now. Kangaroo spotting, dolphins, camper vanning, sunsets yes definately for me. I'm used to cooking in small spaces as well.
Looking forward to hearing next instalment. Take care of yourselves Lots of love Jacks

Matthew And Gemma
G'day everyone, it has been great to finally catch up with all your messages, apologies for the time it has taken to provide pictures and blogs on Australia (which is brill). Both of us are very well and enjoying campervaning. Don't be concerned if there's no update now for a week or 2, you will need to give us a chance to get to Alice Springs or failing that Cairns! that's all for now, Love to everyone

This sounds promising - you really must be planning to come back. We've been having bets on it here! But as we now have a season ticket - Adam how much garden services will that £175 buy? Nice of you to include your phone number - it will be along way to push a wheelbarrow to Oz! Seriously Get in touch and I'll do you a cheque. Anyway - back to the travellers. Thanks for the text, we now know you are nearing Darwin (or Darwen , not sure) and look forward to sharing your photos when you can get to the nearest internet. That will promote you back to the first page of the site as you have now been demoted to page two. Anyway some of us are sticking with the message sending. Well done Adam - you won't have as much time now you are self employed!! Soooo we're ok, Gramps a little better but not great. dan and yana on hols for the week. Dad playing uncle to Thomas and Sally. Get in get fed and get out or something like that - hope Yana doesn't read this. Actually he becomes quite attached to them and they seem to quite like him. We can't go off at the moment - I don't want to be far from Gramps at the moment. Am going to London to do a conference on Monday but will be back same day. Someone has to work!!! Take care of yourselves. Much love xxxx

Now then Aff and Gemma, i've finished at YW after 17 years of quality service. I start my first gardening job (Adam's Gardening Services 07789 058886) on Monday morning in Skelmanthorpe, i'm walking there with my tools in a wheelbarrow....beats the M62 !
I've bought your season ticket and it landed on the mat this morning. You're upstairs with Tank and the clangers, there was no room in the cheap seats with us....MUM AND DAD - the ticket cost me £175, Matthew said I might be able to get it off you....interest free. Thanks.
Mum And Dad
Hello - is there anyone out there?? Just consulting Adam's scale and this month it's definately Matthew WHO? We guess you have got the campervan bug - good isn't it? Bet you won't want to give it back. Can you afford the petrol over there? our's is up to £1.15 a litre on a good day. Rubbish it is here and we haven't even got any sunshine as I'm sure you will have - still waiting for proper summer. Anyway enough of that - We hope you are both well - looking forward to your pics. Simon says is't a lovely country. We saw him last week end at Gramps'. He is currently on enforced shore leave because of the diabetes. he will be able to go back but has to get it stabalised first. He has lost alot of weight and seems fitter than he has been for a while - he is desperate to get back to sea though. We are both ok, Gramps not so at the moment. He's had a bad week but fights back - I keep showing him the message on your postcard. The parcel from Vietnam hasn't come yet but we are looking out. Best news this week - Leeds lost ha ha. Dad has almost finished the front garden - we now have a gate and a post box you won't recognise us! Take care and get in touch soon. Lots of love xxxxx
