Hi Guys

Thought i should write a blog today and let you know what we have been getting up to on Koh Phi Phi. We have actually stayed here longer than we were intending but we are due to leave for Phuket tomorrow and we are defo leaving this time lol we havent really dont much we have been to the beach most days and just relaxed and played frisby or chatted to people on the beach and generally spent as little money as possible. On an evening we have been for some tea and maybe had a few drinks and i have ended up really drunk a couple of times which i really didnt understand because it is after about 4 bottles of chang and you all know i can handle my drink usually so this was baffeling me and then yesterday i looked at the bottle and it is miles stronger than stella so make no wonder i was slurring my words after so little also added to that lack of food to soak it is prob has something to do with it as well lol.

Yesterday i had an amasing day i went on a boat trip round the island unfortuanately woody couldnt come with me as he was not very well so i strotted off on my little self to see the island. We went to maya bay which is a really nice beach but i must admit i was expectling something much better from what people have told me BUT they have not been to railay and that was absolutely gorgeous. We had a snorkle here which i was extremely impressed with. It took me a while to get used to it but it is strange because as soon as your eyes go under the water you sort of panic because it is not normal to be breathing under water and i was breathing really deeply because i was thinking i couldnt breath properly ha-ha anyway i got the hang of it and i swimming around and you wouldnt believe what is under the sea honestly i was well suited i was getting right excited and tapping stangers on shoulders and pulling their legs and stuff to show them stuff that i was seeing they must have thought what a weirdo ive seen loads of them lol but i was just really excited AND i now know what coral is and it is pretty cool really dont know if you know you all probably will except maybe bex but it is a living thing i didnt know that until yesterday and now understand why you are not allowed to take it out of the sea or damage it. We then got back on the boat and headed for another island unfortunately because i am rubbish i can not remember what it was called but the big boat i was on couldnt go in between the cliffs so we had to take it in turns on a speed boat that was on our big boat and it was pretty good really for the rest of the time i wanted to be back in the sea with my new found friends the FISH lol We them went to viking cave i think it was called unfortunately we were not allowed off the boat he did give us a reason but think of peter kay when he is talking about DJ's at a party and it just sounds like mumble well that was all i heard so i cant tell you why. Oh yeah i had made a friend on the boat he is called stuart he is from scotland and his friend was poorly also, so we made friends and the next place we went was shark cove i was dead excited at the fact i might see a shark and me and stuart decided to stay together as we were both pretty much petrified lol i thought if i get him to go infront of me if a shark is wanting to attack it will get him first ha-ha i told stuart the reasoning behind him going infront and he was like cheers gem lol i also gave him my camera to take some photos for me because i was getting right annoyed because everytime i held my breath and went down closer to the fish to take photos when i came back up you have to blow really hard to get all water out of the pipe thing and for some reason i am expecting i didnt have a decent snorkle kit water was left in the bend so when i started breathing again i was gargleing and chocking on salt water so i ended up staying at the top in the end. Your all wondering now as i have waffled for so long did you see some sharks well NO unfortunatley we didnt i was a little disappointed because i was talking to a couple back on the boat that had seen some over by these huge rocks apparently the boat driver had said this is where the sharks were but both me and stuart didnt hear that so we didnt get to see them but i am sure there will be other trips where i will get to see some sharks. Then we went to a lovely secluded beach which is still not in a very good state from the tzunami but it was lovely and pieceful we got a kayack off our boat and went over to the island again i am really sorry i cant remember the name of this island i should probably start writing the names down as we go because i am useless lol we had a walk around which took about 10 minutes and then we snorkled back to our kayack where we saw some ace fish there was some really weird ones as well which you couldnt hardly see. Oh yeah i nearlly forgot the little gets bite i was there swimming around and i felt this sharp nip on my leg and i started panicing i thought OMG what has just got me i swam as fast as i could back to the boat and had a look and it looked a bit like a mozzy bite i thought well i have been doing this for hours now and nothing has got me but then i got back in the water and the swines were feasting on my legs and it really does hurt you all know me i am not a wimp but its like a bad sting the only way i can describe it is imagine when you were a kid and fell off your bike and grazed all your legs and then your mum put TCP on it well it feels a bit like that and lasts for about 2 hours. Then we were on our way to monkey island not hard to forget the name of that one and we saw loads of dolphins honestly you have never seen so many all together like that before it was ace it was like they were playing which they probably were and i tried to get some photos but lets just say i am no photographer lol we were circling the dolphins to try and get them to swim with the boat but they were having none of it. Then we arrived at monkey island this was the last stop of the day and they are literaly little monkies we had been given some food from the boat water melon bannans etc to give to them and they come and snatch it out of your hand the driver also scared me a bit because he said that they bite you if you dont give them the food so i left giving them the food i wasnt too bothered as we had done it on the beach in railay and just watched other people give the food one girl had a bottle of water and came and snatched it out of her hand and ran up the cliff and left it there and then came back down cheeky monkey. When we got back to the boat the driver had told us that one guy few week ago had a bumbag on with like passport tickets cards etc and the monkies took it off him and went up the cliff and left it there that would be so bad if that happened poor lad and he never got them back either because the monkies wont let you climb the cliff they just attack. I think ill stick to monkies at the zoo the wild ones are nasty little things really. That was the trip over and done with and i had an amasing time i cant wait to go diving in Koh Tau now because i have managed to get used to the breathing thing and id love to be able to go deeper into the sea so i am really excited about that.

We have seen quite a few Thai boxing matches and they are rock solid them guys i wouldnt want to get a kick round head from them one minute they are like dancing around and the next minute a flying kick has come out of nowhere and the other guy is on the floor am i am surprised they dont literally knock each others heads off. Woody things i am a weido becuase i have got right into the Thai Boxing and he isnt really that bothered about it but its ace last night we went to a competition that only happens once a month and it was really good fun to watch there were some kids fighting that would be no older than 5 years old and i wouldnt want to get kicked by them either i didnt realise they start so young but they looked dead cute at 5 year old pulling right aggresive faces when they attacked it was weird but to be honest the kids fighting were the best to watch because they get stuck in straight away i dont think they have any fear what so ever and obviously have a lot more energy with being so young but there wasnt a time when they were dancing around like the grown ups they were just constantly getting stuck in kicking each other in the head and stuff. By the way none of them looked to be hurt at the end of the match and the person who won gave the other a cuddle and they waved to the croud holding each others arms up as if to say we are both winners here. One guy though an older guy got kicked in the head and i found it really strange that they just layed him down on the table behind me and started sewing his head up that is not something you will see everyday. Anywy i think i have covered everything but knowing me ill think of something else later. oh yeah we have been having some great storms they are ace woody keeps saying he is going to ring STA for his money back because he wasnt expecting the rain but i love it. rain here is nothing like home and it really does pour down i think it looks ace sky really lights up and the noises are loud and its good fun. Think that is about it now lol so ill update you all when we are in Phuket.

When i finished writing this we went to a place called view point we didnt know about it we actually bumped into the guy i met from the boat stuart and his friend tom and they were heading there but were lost we actually new where it was as we had passed it loads of times well the sign anyway so we took them to it then decided we would go with them and i am so glad we did it even though i felt like i was going to die while i was doing it. If anyone has been to Puerto Rico and knows what the steps are like to the beach then this is what we were walking up but the steps were getting narrow and as we were getting higher and higher i found i was more a less crawling up the steps it was so high Kes you would NOT have had a chance i was going right dizzy and darnt look down. when we got to the top of the steps and we started walking up a hill i had to sit down for ten minutes i was shattered and so was woody we both had sweat pouring off us (unfit) stuart and tom were off like army boys lol anyway we told them to go on and we would catch up and although we were both dying when we got to the top of the hill it was so beautiful we were 186metres above average sea level and it was so high up we sat on some rocks and had a drink and joked about the shop keeper having to walk all that way to get more supplies all the time and some thai people got to the top of the hill and didnt have a drop of sweat on them what is that all about. unfortunately as we were on our way home from the beach we didnt have our camera and i am gutted because although it was so worth doing there is no way on this earth i am doing it again to take some pics. Tom took some pics for us and i have given him my email address so when he gets home he says he will email me the pics and i will forward them on to you all. Getting up them steps was hard but to be honest although going down was not physically hard it was mentally hard for me obviously you have to look down and i petrified it was so high so i am not going to be goin gup there again. Woody Stuart and Tom were all bouncing down the stairs and i was more a less sliding down on my bum not quite but you no what i mean i had pure terror writen all over my face but if anyone comes here i highly recommend you go to the view point because it is literally a wonderful view and i am not usually into things like that. ALthough expect your legs to be like jelly when you have finished it my legs would stop shaking it was really weird lol
