Hi Guys

We got to Singapore and booked into a Hostel called Cosy Corner that was an experience. We were on the roof of the building, literally the roof. Anyway i thought this is a bit different but ok ill go with it. Everywhere in Singapore is really expesive so you have to settle for what you can get cheap. Anyway you will see the photos when i get them on. We had a really nice view though which was quite good wake up on the moring and have a skyscraper builing infront of your eyes lol. It looks beautiful at night time though massive buildings everywhere with blackpool illuminations. They take Christmas very seriously and there was lights everywhere and massive Christams trees and alsorts. We went to Sentosa Island that was ace. We had to either go there by sky train or cable cars, let me tell you these cable cars are well high. Anyway we decided to go for the scary option the cable cars. I was saying to woody dont move in the cage or anything because i was petrified of it wobbling haha On the island we both held a pythan it was huge and really heavy i couldnt hardly hold it and it kept trying to move and i couldnt control the thing. I was jsut thinking keep that head away from me. Woody the nutter gave it a kiss on the lips but you could tell he was scared because he kept backing away lol. We saw a 4d movie, i have never watched one of them before and it was pretty scary really massive wasps coming for you and other things coming to get you. I kept jumping and making noises like arh really weird. We had a long look around walked though like jungle and went to the beach there. Yes a beach in a huge city like Singapore lol We saw this hotel 'Raffles' but we couldnt take a picture because it was really chucking it down and the storm was mad but we would have broken the camera. We met quite a few people in our building which was nice. This one guy was from a little island off China and he couldnt speak English very well. He was there to learn English and try get a job because his country is poor and there is loads of violence etc. I sat for hours talking to this guy i cant remember his name but i kept bursting out laughing because it was hard to understand him and he was mixing his words up really badly. I know i shouldnt have been laughing but i just couldnt help it, it was really funny and he didnt seem to take offence he laughed with me. His wife was there with him who could speak English and she had a job but the day we were leaving if he didnt get a job he would have to go back to his country and leave his wife. He was really sad about that and i felt sorry for him so i hope he got a job that day. The first night in that hostel i got eaten by bed bugs it was horrible i hated every minute of it but went to shopping centre and bought some bug spray and sprayed everything i had worn and the bed. Woody thought it was funny because he didnt get biten i was not a happy bunny at all. All in all Singapore is somewhere i am glad i have been but not somewhere i would go again it is huge. I dont do cities and the roads are chaotic there. You get fined and arrested for everything over there, Chewing gum, crossing the road cant remember any more but you cant do anything. Wasnt good when i got to the airport and read a sign saying drug trafficing results in death. Not that i was carrying any drugs but you never know someone could try slip it in your bag. Yeah i know i am a worrier but nevermind.
