Back in Vancouver on Saturday so we were able to watch the Lazer Zeppelin & Floyd shows. They were really cool. It was in the Planeterium, so the dome above you is the screen and you lay back in your chair & look up at it. It was really good & cheap too. Luckily we got there early as there was a big queue for the second show & I doubt whether we would have got tickets.

From Aunty Avis's house we took the Greyhound bus down to Victoria where we took a Killer Whale watching tour out around the island. We saw 2 American Bald Eagles, Seals but no Killer Whales. We can go back anytime for a free trip to make up for it! It snowed when we were on the boat & it was a speed boat, it was soooooooo cold & we got wet from the spray of the sea. I thought my feets & hands were going to fall off & it seemed to take us ages...

We stayed with my Great Aunt for 3 nights and enjoyed 2 roast dinners, fish & chips, apple pie, mince pies & scones and biscuits! We walked down the beach and my cousin (second cousin?!) Maureen took us for a walk with her Alsation Zoe to a pretty forest not too far away. It was very nice to see family, even though we had not met before and really nice to get out of the hotels for a few nights!

We arrived in Vancouver & Mum said to get in touch with Great Aunty Avis who lives on Vancouver Island. So we arrranged to meet her in 3 days time. In the mean time we shopped & went to the cinema in Vancouver. We walked miles! We went to the old hippy area and tried to watch a lazer Led Zeppelin & Pink Floyd show at the Planeterium but it was only on on Friday & Saturday nights. Our ferry to the Nanaimo on Vancouver Island was brand new. ...
