THURSDAY 4TH JANUARY-TUESDAY 9TH JANUARY

After Siem Reap and Battabang we were in need of a bit of relaxation so we decided to head staright to the beaches on the south coast and see Phnom Penh on the way back up. Quick thinking at the bus station meant that we grabbed the last room at 'Monkey Republic bungalows'- we decided to English after getting fed lies at our last place in Battambang. So the next 5 days were spent sunbathing, playing pool,sampling lobster on the beach and enjoying the 25p draught pints of beer! (of which there were a few) and cheap southern comfort. MAlibu for kym.Not surprisingly Kym loved this place and the English grub, think she must have polished off about 10 toasties in 5 days!

Managed to catch the villa game, watching it in a bar with a couple of swedish lads who went CRAZY when Larrson scored (mustnt be much excitement in Sweden)

Biggest shock was when Kym dropped $80 on the floor (lesson learned-won't be giving her the wallet again) and a couple from Manchester noticed and gave it her back.Lucky they werent scousers!
