We had a pretty layback day today, did some mundane things like washing and shopping. Dennis went to get a battery replaced and had a coffee with Neil while I did the shopping. This afternoon it was too hot to do anything in the camper so we sat in the shade with a drink. Dennis worked on the car and then went for a swim in the pool.
Tonight we went to the famous mindil beach markets could not believe the crowd and this happens twice a week in the dry season. People come to buy their dinner and sit on the beach to watch the sunset. There are so many different cuisines to choose from, Greek, Italian, Indian,Thai, fruit stalls with fruit salad and smoothies etc. the mango one was delicious! There were plenty of buskers; singers, guitarists, a whip cracker, an old aboriginal dressed like a swaggy sprouting poetry, he was pretty good, a fire dancer etc. plus all sorts of stalls and arts and crafts. It cost nothing to park or get in which was great, should happen more in Adelaide.
