We leave Amsterdam behind as I blog again on the train to Paris. Amsterdam is the first place we truly moved onto Europe time. We found ourselves for the first time feeling normal about eating dinner at 10 in the evening. We spent our second last day doing a clogs cheese and windmills tour ....the new threat to fitness for Maui swim fitness is cheese consumption. Amsterdam has been great so far. We started off with an orientation by city tour to get our bearings. On our first evening we decided to try the Indonesian restaraunt and have the traditional Rice Table. We enjoyed the restaraunt and the linkages to the colonial past.
